Having full confidence that every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of my child , I hereby give permission for them to participate in the Troop 58 activity described above.

I waive all claims against the leaders of this trip and their families and give permission for them to seek any emergency medical or surgical care deemed necessary for my son, should the need arise. I have indicated below any additional concerns, medical or other, that apply to my child during this trip:

These policies currently include No Cell Phone use by scouts, no electronic games and no use of cameras in tents.
-Attending Adults will make their phones available to scouts if needed and will allow calls to coordinate return time pickup.
This is an outdoor activity; leave your electronic devices at home.
